Terms of service

RoundJob connects people who need help with small jobs and neighbors willing to help. RoundJob is a platform, not the provider of the services exchanged.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your account information accurate and your password private.

Jobs and applications

Requesters describe the job honestly. Helpers only apply to jobs they can perform. Once a helper is accepted, both parties confirm the completion of the job.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Funds are held by RoundJob until both parties confirm the job is done, then released to the helper minus the RoundJob service fee. Disagreements are reviewed by RoundJob.

Conduct

Be respectful. Illegal, dangerous or discriminatory jobs are removed and accounts may be suspended.
